Hi All
I think there may be an issue with the above. I am using the latest 4.02B but have seen the same with 4.0 and 4.01
When you set Z start and Z end, depth of cut has some odd behaviour under certain situations.
If depth of cut is less than difference Z start and end then all seem OK
If depth of cut equals difference Z start and end then two complete passes occur at end depth
If depth of cut is greater than difference Z start and end then a pass takes place at depth of cut (ie deeper than Z end) then a second pass goes back up to Z end
I think his accounts for some deeper cuts I have seen when taking a light cut on a sacrificial plate, reverting to my CAD/CAM program for the task works fine
I have start a new wizard each time and deleted previous files so as to rule out picking up two operations
Hope this is not a senior moment
David
