More Z axis woes

Could someone look at my file and help me with a problem hitting z axis soft limit. When the cut drops to the final pass I get a soft limit error. I tried running a similar file with the same results. Im running 5 axis ver 4. By my view, I have plenty of z axis space left. The cut always stops at the same place. Thanks.

There was a recent post that Masso looks ahead 50 lines and can flag a soft limit well before you get to the offending statement.

Yes, I remember that post but that doesn't in any way answer my question. What would be the offending line. I'm nowhere near any soft limit as I can see. I'm asking for help in solving the problem.

Post the g-code file and I can write a quick VBA macro to locate the offending line (using your machine configuration for reference).

I was getting Z soft limits on gcode couldn't see the cause, wasn't getting anywhere near the bottom travel of the Z, it turned out to be the last Z command, raising the cutter to clearance height. It was a combination of tool length (long tool) and WCS Z zero (thick material) that caused the problem.

I shortened the bit just to cut through the material as breezy suggested and the cut finished properly. Thanks breezy.
