MPG not working

I Just bought the MPG controller From this web site

plug it in ,but does nothing . no movement at all .

Is there a Setting some where or documentation on setting it up to work?

i just had to restart the masso after i plugged it in is all

1. Great, also you can always goto F1 screen and check that when rotating the MPG knobs and wheel you see signals change from L (Low) to H (High).
   
2. Make sure in F3 screen when using MPG E-Stop alarm is not flashing.

to all the masso user that used there own mpg hand wheel and wire it base on masso manual (not comes from masso) please see the warning about the voltage on manual because if you used 24volt on powering your masso it will be 24 volt will be going to your MPG encoder , like i did on my MPG. i burn my mpg encoder because my encoder will accept only 5 volt.

My MPG is not working unless I use F1 and "space button" for it to set at "H" at any axis and go back to F3 to move the servo with the MPG and today is the first time this has happened ?

2. where actually you press the space key, which input you invert?
