Got e-mail to download version 4.0. Nothing there just my G3 SN. Click on it and nothing. I have an older one also and it is not listed.

@rroie - give it 12 hours for the upload to complete and if it still isn't there then send Masso support an e-mail.

The e-mails tend to go out the moment they queue the upload, we saw this during the original MyWorkshop roll-out.

Hi Roie,

It's probably a silly question but did you click on the Software downloads tab to see the software?
I sometimes get caught even though I know it is there.
