Forgotten Password

If you cannot login because you have forgotten your password please use the Forgot Password link

Request Activation
The email address of your myWorkshop portal is the email address that you supplied when you registered your MASSO.
Use the Request Account Activation link on this page.

Other issues
If you do not have the current software in your myWorkshop or there are other problems please contact MASSO support for further assistance.

How do you register a new account? I can find the login page easily, but I can’t find where to register for the first time.

If you bought from Masso directly or from another vendor, then you visit the Request Activation link above and use the email address from your purchase.

If your email address won't work on that request, and you bought directly from Masso, then email Masso Customer Support. If you bought from a different vendor including if your Masso controller came with a CNC machine, then email that vendor and ask them to register you on Masso's portal.

I'm buying a new, in the box Masso G3 through a private deal. It has never been installed, registered or activated so far as I know.
Will I be still able to register for MyWorkshop?

I purchased a 2nd hand MASSO, can I transfer the license to my name?​

Please request the seller to email us from their MASSO myWorkshop account email address and provide your email address and the serial number of your MASSO controller. New login details to my Workshop will be sent to you.

Hello, I registered my G3 some 4 years ago and that's fine.

But now I want to change my email address as I am moving away from gmail.
I already did it on my Masso account, but I'm having problems doing it on my myWorkshop account.

Any ideas ?
