E-mail support @ masso (full e-mail address is at the bottom of the page under contacts) with your controller serial numbers and explain that you don't have access to MyWorkshop.
Masso may not have your current e-mail on file or the distributor who sold you the controller did not inform Masso with your e-mail address.
The invites for owners of G2 controllers was delayed (based on a posting a month ago), I don't know if MyWorkshop is functional for those people.
@masso-support - I believe a FAQ posting for getting access to MyWorkshop is needed.
