New Forum for MASSO User Tips and Tricks

Since most of the MASSO users in this forum are fairly new to the CNC process I would like to propose a new forum for MASSO users to share their tips and tricks. This information would be used to supplement the basic Masso Documentation and provide a resource for the users. This forum topic would include Tips, Step by Step Procedures, Resources for Users wanting to gain a better understanding of their MASSO and CNC programming. Topics would explain MASSO functions, provide sample programs, and document a typical physical setup that Users have implemented for the following:
  1. How to use G-Codes recognized by MASSO.
  2. How to use M-Code functions recognized by MASSO.
  3. How to use Opto Isolated Inputs on the MASSO.
  4. How to use of TTL Outputs on the MASSO.
  5. How to use the Spindle Control on the MASSO.
  6. How to use the Relay Controls on the MASSO.
  7. How to use the Encoder inputs on the MASSO.
  8. How to use the Analog Inputs on the MASSO.
  9. How to use the Serial Input on the MASSO.
  10. How to use the MPG and Playstation Control Connections
  11. How to implement and setup Home and Limit Switches.
  12. How to implement and setup Touch Probes.
  13. How to implement and setup Tool Changers.
  14. How to implement and setup Mist Coolant, Flood Coolant and Dust Collectors.
  15. How to implement and setup the Door Switch.
  16. How to implement and setup Alarms.

I think that users would love to share their experience with implementing a MASSO controller and how they made use of the MASSO's awesome features.

Nice idea Stephen, as a newbie to MASSO I like it. But if this is implemented please make it more than just another thread to this Q&A Forum. It needs to somehow stand alone with only 'How to' topics and an active Administrator who would move unrelated topics to their appropriate thread.
