My name is Dale and i work for a company in apopka fl usa , i setup and run Mazak lathes and multi axis machines, integrex, msy and mills, been machining for thirty years.
IN the early 90s i built two stepper driven machines , retrofit emco compact 8 and altas horizontal mill and started making model engine carburetors for many brands of engines for the raido control model boats and have on and off for years. I used mini tech machinery controller and had them build the unit with large nema 34 steppers and had no problem doing any reasonable parts with a proper set up and hold tolerance, computer driven system .
Here looking to build a horizontal with A and B axis two assist in production of many parts.
