I'm Chris from Belgium.



I started a couple of years ago in a company that sells aluminium constructions and extruded profiles. my first thought was to create a small cnc router to engrave frontpanels for my audio projects. I ended up buying a second hand e-shapeoko and with quite slow and cerefull milling I've made my fist stronger CNC machine. Those were running on arduino's.

since I wanted to move on to 4 axis milling and advanced probing I was looking for a new controller. Afther being disappointed by a chinese controller I'm about to step up to a Masso G3 with the A-axis set up as slave for the Y-axis. Auto squaring is what I'm aiming for...

this year I started a second build and hereby a picture of the progress.

Chris,

Before you get too far into wiring MASSO, there is something you need to know, to slave the Y axis you need the 5 axis version, because MASSO has fixed arrangement for software slaving.

aaaah yes... :-D I wired it up right, but wrote it wrong ... I need the A for my 4th axis anyway.
