Password Problem

In an attempt to remove the need to key in a PW every time I boot up the Masso I have locked myself out.

I ticked the Change Password box and typed 'Enter' and also confirmed with 'Enter'. On rebooting, keying 'Enter' in the PW window won't accept with the usual 'Wrong Password, please try again'

Any easy solution?

have you checked the caps status as you might have typed "eNTER"

If you can't login then please email on support your controller's serial number and we will send a password reset software.
