Password Reset

I attempted to set my password to empty and after rebooting my Masso I'm now locked out. Support has sent me two .htg files and I've uploaded them to the Masso and it ran it like a typical update would but I never got to a password reset form that support said would pop up after the update.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd imagine they just sent you firmware which would reset it back to htg. You can just change it again but can't leave it blank.

I'm sure eventually they will allow you to disable to password as very little would actually want it there...
