Just did a password reset on my Masso, all seem to work correctly. Reloaded the main software, it to loaded correctly but when I cycled the power to start the masso it just went back to the password reset banner "Password reset program only, your password has been reset to HTG please load the main program to controller". Must be doing something wrong but don't have a clue. Please help.

as per the instructions in the email, once the password has been reset you will need to load the main software to the controller. Please copy the main software files to the USB and perform an update that would have been emailed to you earlier and load it to the controller.
