password trouble

Have read and watched video , F1 admin using HTG or htg nothing works . have look through hear and nothing works been working on this for hours.

someone might have changed the password on the unit, just emailed you the password reset software.

I didn't change my password but masso isn't accepting my old password. What to do now?
