My torch fires the instant I press cycle start. If I let it continue the torch stays on during the rapid and Z lower to torch touch, touches off and makes the first cut then shuts off and works perfectly for all remaining pierce cycles. What would cause the torch to fire on cycle start. I have a longevity 62i and my relay is the one suggested to another user here on the forum. I think it is simple because it touches off, pierces,ramps in, cuts smooth, shuts off on all subsequent cuts, just the first cut the torch stays lit the entire cycle until it comes to the first off command. I have looked over the code and it looks good to me. I have a PRICE THC but I have it disabled for right now until I get the table dialed in. Here is the code for the part. Okay after triple checking wiring, code, checking voltage, etc. I thought it might be some kind of interference. So I wrapped the torch on/off relay with aluminum foil! which I then grounded to the case!. No more firing on cycle start. I have cut out about ten custom washers and some small baseplates all without a issue. So I am fine tuning my settings now and gonna get my sheetcam license. I want to try viaCAD as the guys at work say it is really fast to learn.- Thanks Masso- Ben

You have a lot of THC on and off in the G-code. Some of them commented with parenthesis and some with semicolon. Are you sure Masso is supporting the semicolon comment? I can't find any documentation about comments.
I need to clarify my previous comment. What's solves my issue is either a reboot Masso or in some rare cases of the "No arc alarm" where I don't need to jog or go home to fix I can just click Ctrl+S to continue. Do you have this problem on first run after reboot?

Not happy cause I know customs will make up some stupid tax amount if I get it repaired and in it comes back into the country, From what I remember I paid about 70 to 80% duties when it hit Thailand and I know they will try it again. "I know I can't swear on the forum CUSTOMS."
Other than that!
Will be good to see photos of all your wiring and power supplies for the plasma and THC. it will help me to see where I went wrong.
