Pneumatic Z axis counterbalance

I have a pneumatic counterbalance on the Z axis of my machine, the design of the regulator means it constantly leaks a small amount of air.

Is there an output from the masso I can use to only enable the counterbalance when a programme is running or the z axis is moving?

Interesting challenge, you can probably use the Tower Light - Green output on the MASSO, this output is high when there is gcode motion running.

That's an excellent idea!

I use a foot pedal which triggers a 12v solenoid controlled air valve to operate my power draw bar .. using that same output set to go low when machine is on will allow me to disable the solenoid when gcode is running. Thanks!!!!
