Probing screen pops up after changing screens

New to Masso, a couple of weeks.

Working well but after I enter probing screen, do probing, set z, etc. , probing screen will pop up no matter what button I touch.

Watched CNC Nuts video on probing a dozen times now and can't see what the problem is.

Just a minor pain.

Thanks for the reply, no bad questions I just want to fix it

tried everything step by step and thought just tonight could it be the touch screen hmmm?

I have no way to adjust it as I see in Masso but will try hooking it up to my computer and see what happens.

will let you know,

and sent a video to Masso support.

Hi @taybuck

Haven't come across a report of this before.

If it still does it can you please video it so we can see what is happening. Also let us know what version software you are using.

You can easily disable the touch screen by unplugging the USB cable from the screen.

Cheers Peter

Peter I sent a video to Masso support last week. I will make a better one today.

Just one of a few problems I am having.

Look for wires and other connections that may be corroded or broken. If you do find a damaged connection desolder it with a soldering iron and wick and resolder it.

Check for loose parts or screws inside the multimeter s case and fix them in the appropriate way.

Reassemble your led screen multimeter, set it to measure resistance, and touch the probe leads together. It should read well under one ohm. If the multimeter is still malfunctioning, it may be time to replace it.

I found the problem.

I purchased a Cocar touch screen with my Masso.

I switched to a regular vga monitor and problem disappeared.

I am using the mouse but ended the headache.

I will have to look into the monitor.
