Dear Masso, I received my controller about 10 days ago and still cannot use it.

I need to incorporate this controller into a product and with the documentation you have provided using you controller is too complicated.

As per your last email you requested a password reset, can you please let us know where you are stuck and we will take you thought the process.

Also please send details such as your machine type, what motor drives you are using so that we can support you better.

The password reset with no issues, the other issues have been resolved with documentation that you have sent or directed me to on the web site.

Great, thanks for the update. Please also note that as we are working on the new alpha release, we are adding and improving software features with weekly releases, you will get emails automatically and please load the latest software to the MASSO.

Further if you need the older stable software version with old USB drivers (without mouse support) then please let us know.
