Rename Gcode Files or overwrite

Hi All

Just looking at installing the wifi addon. But before i do i would like to know can files be overwritten or renamed.

I use all 6 autoload filenames for my machine.

I want to be able to change the gcode on pc and overwrite the autoload file on masso. Can this be done, or can I delete the old autoload file and rename the new one once its copied to he masso?

Ive tried looking jere in the forum and in the documentation but cant see if this is possible.

Hi cholmesy

You cannot delete the file from the PC but you can overwrite the file with the new version of the same name with 1 caveat. You cannot overwrite the file that is currently loaded into the Masso's memory on the F2 screen.

I don't think this will be a major problem though.

I would suggest you put the name of the file in the first line for the Gcode file so you can be sure that you have the correct files loaded.
