Screen turns off

When i turn on spindle, the led screen of masso goes off. It may be because of the wrong vfd wiring?

Could you elaborates please as Masso does not have an LED screen.
Are you talking about your monitor?

What do you mean by goes off?
Do you mean it turns off and you have to power it turn it back on again?
Do you mean the video disappears for a few seconds and comes back on?

Sorry for my bad English. Yeah the monitor turns off like it is facing some serious short circuit. The led monitor doesn't loose it's power,it just goes blank after turning on spindle and when i turn off the spindle the monitor comes live back again.

My system has two spindles. Both the spindle are controlled by the same input and outputs. spindle 1 is running fine and shows normal operation (no effect on monitor) but when i turn on the second spindle (turning spindle 1 off) it generates some sort of back current in the first vfd. What may be the problem?

It sounds like you have some sort of wiring issue. It could be electrical noise, Ground loops or something far more serious.
Wired correctly you should not have any issue with either the 2nd spindle or the monitor.
I can only suggest a step by step testing of the setup up to establish the cause.
