Software update list

What is the process for ensuring one is on the list to get software updates? I've never gotten one directly from Masso and am not sure I'm correctly on the distribution list. I actually have reason to believe I'm not, since I was told one was coming and it never came.

I did try sending a note to the following per your website but it wouldn't deliver. If this is a bad address you might consider correcting it on your website?

To receive the software, please register & activate your unit by emailing Masso s serial number 5A-2070 to support@hindtechnology.com and specify your machine type such as Lathe, Mill, or Plasma.

The correct email address to contact Masso support for software updates or changes of address etc is support@masso.com.au

checked your serial number and you are in the list now, earlier for some reason we were not told about this sale by Sherline and your serial number was not in the system. Checked the log and the lastest software was emailed to you on Mon Jun 22.
