Masso just arrived and got the firmware from masso. Formatted flash drive and loaded firmware as per instructions, #on file are correct, plugged into masso, powered up, Nothing on screen. When it is powered up without flash drive, the welcome page shows up telling to load firmware. Whats up?

you connecting the USB drive to the MASSO on the USB pen drive connector only and not the keyboard connector?
Are you using a usb hub because a hub will not work during upgrading process.
