Can a encoder be used to manually override PWM output from post?

Spindel is a Clearpath MC

setup.

Clearpath MC with 3:1 convection to bt30 spindle.

Max RPM Clearpath =3000 rpm giving 12000rpm at spindle.

You can press F12 key on the keyboard and will see on the bottom left of the screen showing Spindle override, now either you can use - or + keys on the keyboard or if you have MPG connected then rotate the MPG handwheel to adjust RPM.

awesome. I suppose I could make a button switch up for that as well couldn't I? i have a home made mpg thats on a remote.

I was thinking of repeating that function on the main control panel as well.
