Teco Westing House L510 Inverter?

I have a few questions about the setting on a TECO Westinghouse L510 Inverter. I believe I have it wired correctly but the spindle starts to move upon startup of drive and it would appear the run command is active as the LED for Run is Flashing. I have tried many different combinations of settings, but none of them appear to just have the spindle stay put at start up. Here are my setting currently the ones that I know of so far to have impact on working please feel free to let me know about more if you know of them.
00-01 Set to 1 Motor Rotation Forward
00-02 set to 1External Run/Stop
00-03 Set to 1
00-04 Set to 1 Run/Stop-Reverse Forward
00-05 Set to 2 Analog signal input
03-00 Set to 0 Forward Stop or Run Stop
03-01 Set to 1 Reverse Stop or Rev/FWD
07-04 Set to 0 as when in 1 I get a STP1 alarm

Can you please make a quick wiring diagram on how you have wired it with MASSO, we can most likely fix this with wiring.

I have it wired exactly as shown on the website. I can get it to go forward only now...no reverse though. It is as though it will try for a second to go in reverse and then goes back to forward. If I am looking at this correctly there should be voltage between pins 7 and 4 when in forward and 5 and 6 when in reverse...correct. This is why I am thinking it must be a drive setting.

It is now working we had to swap the common terminals with the switching terminals. At least in this case it would appear that the Teco Westinghouse L510 schematic was close but not quite. However I am no EE so you could convince me other wise.

That's great, so can you please provide more details on how you fixed it so that we can add the info on the webpage.

Just swap the common from the inverter to 6 and 4 pins on masso spindle instead on 7 and 5...Then connect switch 1 to pin 5 and switch 2 to pin 7. Basically just swap the common and the switches.
