I purchased the G3 controller nearly a month ago. I finally have my CNC table and controls built and I just powered the Masso for the first time. Prior to this I didn't pay a lot of attention to the controller since I was building a table, drives, spindle and the rest. Now I find out that I need to get and load software so it will operate. I contacted the US supplier (CNC4PC) and they have no record of my purchase. Frankly, I was not sure what site I bought from, but my Paypal receipt shows payment going to Hind technology, which I think is the Masso parent company. I sent them an E-mail and got an automated replay saying, due to volumes, they may not get to all e-mails. Good grief! So how did all you users here in the US get the software? And why would it not just come with the purchase since it is already paid? Thanks.

@camman

you should be able to set up your My Workshop account that you can find in the main menu here on Masso web site.

Once you are all signed up your software should show up in your Workshop and you should be able to retrieve it and load on your controller. It would be a good idea to read the loading instructions or watch a tutorial on the subject, all easy to find here on web site, so as to avoid common problems.

Users can log in and download software from MASSO myWorkshop account http://myworkshop.masso.com.au/

the MASSO myWorkshop account is automatically created and an activation email is sent to the email ID used while purchasing. If the controller was purchased from a distributor or OEM then sometimes this information is not sent to us or updated in myWorkshop, so if you haven't already received an email for your myWorkshop account then please email us on support and include your controller serial number.
