THC not changing direction

On to my next issue, I m running plasma 3.33 with a proma 150 it all connected and send signals to the Masso no problem, my issue is..

Masso picks up torch up and down signals but only reacts to one of signals of the test mode... so proma send down signal Masso reacts .... proma sends up and Masso doesn t another down and Masso reacts another up and nothing just a continuous down movement

1. whats your controller serial number please?
   
2. When you update the MASSO software, on the yellow progress bar do you see v1.26 or some other number?
   
3. Are you seeing both the up and down signal status change from L to H in the F1 screen?
