Tool and work offset confusion

I have used a touch probe and set my tools off my machine table, zeroed all tools.

Have set up my job, using G54 (Fixed vice position) for x and y position, and selected one of the tools ,(T7 centre drill), using the touch probe set zero to job.

Run program and first operation all good, ran second tool (T9) and this tried to go through table.

I was under the impression that once a tool is set it would carry over to other jobs, What am l missing? It must be something basic l have missed.

I have reset job and calibrated tools to job and am still having issues with second operation.

I have attached copy of nc files l use for touch probe, calibration and current job.

Any help would be appreciated.

nice installation.

Can you please also email the masso setting file. And can we discuss this over the phone sometime?

@peter35, so as discussed over the phone today please add G0 or G1 after the probing cycle to fish the probing cycle command and then Z movements will be just fine.
