Tool Length Adjustments - Auto Tool Setter

I have a MASSO G3 on my router with an auto tool length setter. Is there a way to manually adjust the length of the tool after the tool setter does it's thing? We use mill drills for center drilling and chamfering, but there's usually a small flat at the 'point' of the tool that needs to be accounted for to get depths and chamfers just right (usually about .007" or so). I need to know if there's a way to manually add this .007" to the tool length, the box is greyed out in the tool offsets page.
