Turn on and off digital outputs?

Hi Guys,

How do you turn on and off outputs? I have searched everywhere and cant find it. I found a reference to P62 but not sure how to use it.

"P62 P1" turns on the output designated in masso and "P63 P1" turns it off you have up to p16
