Using MassoG3 Update on a nother MasoG3

Hi I hafe a MassoG3 that is registerd on my-workshop and are abel to recive the Updates and abel to download and install it on my Masso system .Qestion - can one use that download to update a system that is the same on a nother Maso G3 .that is not yet rigesterd ?

Quick answer NO

Each MASSO unit is serialised and has matching software, so you can't mix software.
As soon as you register the other G3 you will be able to download it's software.

I purchased a 2nd hand MASSO, can I transfer the license to my name?​

Please request the seller to email us from their MASSO myWorkshop account and provide your email address and the serial number of your MASSO controller. New login details to my Workshop will be sent to you.

If the seller is unable to do the licence transfer, you need to prove ownership of the unit so that it can be transferred.

the Masso in qeastion is a new cnc Plasma system in witch the new owner do not get the original suplier to come and compleet the instalation and i want to asist him to get his masjien running.
