I have been having problems trying to send files from PC to MASSO via the link. sometimes it works ok but mainly will crash when trying to receive file. MASSO link will show percentage of job being cut no problem. here is the message i get when trying to send file (one at PC & one at MASSO ). As you can see the info from MASSO is displayed in bottom right hand corner on PC. the other picture is the message on the monitor at MASSO. for some reason more often than not the file does not transfer to MASSO. I can also ping the IP address no problem . any idea?

Couple of points, latest version of
You should have received an email providing an activation link to myWorkshop, which is the current method of obtaining software for MASSO unit.
You should update your software and see if you still have problems, if so provide a copy of the file you are trying to upload so it can be tested by MASSO support.

- MASSO link is v1.6 https://docs.masso.com.au/getting-started-guides/installing-masso/current-software-version
- MASSO 5 axis is v3.48

I did see the link in the documentation for the latest MASSO link. cheers. I cannot seem to find the email regarding the link for the latest software version. could you kindly forward the activation link to my workshop again.
I can transfer file from PC to MASSO via USB stick and MASSO works as it should no problem. for some reason MASSO link File transfer feature on this machine is temperamental. all other features on this machine for MASSO link work fine.
