wrong socket connetion

hi, my controller wont switch on after I accidently connect the limit switch wire to the output socket, not input socket.. did I broke my controller?

helppp my machine almost done to cut some test chip ,

Can you please give some info on how much voltage you had on the limit switch wire and on which output pin did you actually connect it to.

So you connected 24v to Input pin 1, 2 and 3 on the Inputs connector (top left green connector) of the MASSO?

All the inputs can take up to 26 volts and will not damage the controller as they are optically isolated.

Firstly can you please check again what you connected and where and what is happening if you try to power up the MASSO?

before the update software for newest version , machine is running only for soft limit,, the problem is after I update the controller, it seem ignore the soft limit and ramp until jammed my z axis, then I decide to wire the switch,,, and start my stupid mistake,, put a limit wire to the output connector.

ok so you connected the 24v from the limit switch to the output connector? but you mentioned that you connected to the input connector, can you please confirm. Please also let us know the pin numbers? also when you power up MASSO do you see the normal screen?

I connected to the output connector by the mistake. after release the stop, the screen went to black.. then I push the estop and checking and unwire and try to power it back,, and noting happen..

wow 24v to the outputs is not looking good

so the screen stays black? and whats the status of the LED's on the MASSO?

as discussed over Facebook chat, the unit seems to have been damaged due to the 24v on the output pins, please send the unit back so that we can check.
