X Axis Stopped Working

Has anyone ran into the issue where a single axis stops working on the controller? My Z axis still works fine but Masso will not jog the other axis, the DRO stays stuck which indicates to me that something is wrong with the controller.

Turns out this issue with the X axis was a bungled soft limit. I didn't switch around the min and max when I inverted the axis. I tried upgrading to 3.25 and my keyboard stopped working. Reverted to 3.241.
